Welcome to Avocado Island (Avocado Island, the Game, we, our or us). These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of Avocado Island, including our Discord bot, website, and related services (collectively, the Services). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Description of Services

Avocado Island is a cozy game experience that includes:

• A Discord bot that provides interactive features and gameplay elements
• A web-based dashboard and registration system
• In-game progression, inventory management, and leveling systems
• Community features and social interactions within Discord servers

Eligibility and Account Requirements

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Services, systems, or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers connected to the Services
• Use automated systems (bots, scripts, etc.) to interact with the Services in ways that violate these Terms
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Services for personal gain
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Collect or store personal information about other users without their consent
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code

User Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for any content, data, or information you submit, post, or display through our Services (User Content). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Services.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights, and that you have all necessary rights and permissions to grant us the license described above.

Termination

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AVOCADO ISLAND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Avocado Island and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms
